Topgolf is the pioneer and global leader in tech-enabled golf entertainment. At Two 74, Topgolf is occupying a 72 bay, 3 tier driving range over a 200 metre outfield, alongside with multiple bars, restaurant, conference facilities and over 300 car parking spaces.
Ashfield Land delivered the base build facility for Topgolf and worked closely with Topgolf’s consultants to deliver a large element of its specialist fit out. Topgolf Glasgow opened to the public in December 2022. Topgolf Glasgow was awarded Scotland's Best Regeneration Project at The Herald Property Awards 2023.
Two 74 lies at Junction 2 of the M74 and is part of Clyde Gateway, Scotland’s biggest and most ambitious regeneration programme which also includes the Emirates Arena, the Sir Chris Hoy velodrome, Celtic Park and the Cunnigar Loop country park. Ashfield Land has two further development sites at Two 74 which are being brought forward for development.
