Regent Circus is located on the site of the of the former Swindon College Campus, which Ashfield Land acquired unconditionally in 2006.  The purchase enabled the college to relocate to new state of the art facilities elsewhere in the town, with the new development helping to meet demand for high-quality food and drink options in the town centre.

Tenants include a 50,000 sq ft Morrisons, Cineworld and eight restaurants including Prezzo, Nandos, ASK Italian, and Gourmet Burger Kitchen, as well as new private rented residential accommodation.

This project was funded and delivered during global recession and was the catalyst for the regeneration of Swindon town centre.
