Located in Bristol’s prime Clifton quarter, St Catherine’s Court was built on part of a wider site totalling approximately 1.75 acres of the former Bristol Steiner Waldorf School.  Ashfield Land purchased the site in the late 1990s on an unconditional basis and construction of the office scheme was completed in 2009.

St Catherine’s Court is fully let, with a tenant line-up including international property consultants GVA, private bankers Arbuthnot Latham, fund data experts Fund Library and leading accountants Saffery Champness.

In addition to building the new office space, after a complex planning process Ashfield Land achieved consent to convert a Grade II listed cathedral behind St Catherine’s Court into residential. The residential element was subsequently sold and has been converted into high quality student accommodation by Student Castle.
