We are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a prime development site in the heart of Buckinghamshire.

The site consists of 285 acres of land at Bierton to the east of Aylesbury and is situated within a strategic development area recently identified as the Preferred Option for housing growth in the emerging Aylesbury Local Development Framework.

The site has the potential to produce in excess of 80 acres of mixed use development.
