Ashfield Land has signed Energie Fitness as the latest tenant at the Bridgend Shopping Centre, Bridgend.

The 90,000 sqft. shopping centre was acquired by Ashfield Land in 2017 and recent lettings have included Greggs and Kaspa’s.

The Energie Fitness Club will cover nearly 9000 sqft., and will open on the upper parts of the shopping centre with a newly created access off Cheapside. The new space when completed will include state of the art fitness equipment, innovative training zones and numerous fitness classes. The club will be open 7 days a week.

Commenting on the letting, Nick Scott of Ashfield said:

‘We are delighted to welcome Energie to the line up at Bridgend Shopping Centre. Following our recent investment in the scheme and new openings during 2017 we feel this exciting state of art gym will prove a great success to both Bridgend Shopping Centre and to the town as a whole.’
