We are delighted to confirm that we have formed a joint venture with Gazeley GLP to deliver Rail Central, a proposed strategic rail freight interchange (SRFI), near Northampton.

The development, located at the West Coast main line and Northampton loop line intersection, will include 7.4 million sq. ft. of distribution and logistics space. Rail Central is currently in the pre-application phase and it is expected an application will be submitted after the consultation period, in mid-2018.
