The demolition of the former college buildings is well under way and the works will be completed by the end of September.
Construction of the Scheme will commence in the Autumn and will include a 60,000 sq ft Morrisons foodstore, digital multiplex Cineworld cinema and 8 restaurants to include Nandos, Prezzo and ASK.
