We are delighted to announce that Ashfield Land with its partner Taylor Wimpey has secured planning for Phase II of the Newton Farm development on the east side of Glasgow.

A district centre will form an important part of this major scheme which also includes 1,500 houses adjoining the River Clyde, four miles out from the city centre and a mile away from the M74.
