Ashfield Land’s Nick Jones shared his views on the current market and the effects of forthcoming planning legislation with journalist Lisa Pilkington when the Estates Gazette staged its annual Birmingham Focus Reception.

Nick was one of three property personalities chosen to discuss industry issues at the event which was attended by more than 100 professionals including agents, surveyors, architects, interior designers, developers and investors.
