Phase II of Newton Farm in Glasgow has been sold to Taylor Wimpey who plan to start work on site early in 2015.
Taylor Wimpey acquired Phase I some seven years ago and that development is now practically complete. Phase II will include a new neighbourhood centre with various commercial uses together with some 1,500 new quality homes in this sustainable location to the east of Glasgow city centre. The development will provide many community benefits including a new school, district centre, generous open space provisions and attractive walks along the Clyde riverbank.
