Declan O’Neill promoted to Associate

Ashfield Land has promoted Declan O’Neill to an Associate to reflect his strong progression and contribution to the business, particularly in the Scottish market.

Declan has played a pivotal role in recent successes in Scotland, including the delivery of Topgolf Glasgow, which was awarded Scotland’s Best Commercial Regeneration Project at The Herald Property Awards 2023, and the signing of Tesco as the anchor occupier at Ashfield Land’s Stonehaven Gateway development in Aberdeenshire.

Joining Ashfield Land in 2021, Declan is based in the Glasgow office and works with the business’ Head of Scotland Steven McGarva. The team are actively looking for new sites and opportunities across several sectors to include retail development, living, industrial and data centres.
