Blair Goodfellow has been promoted to an Associate at Ashfield Land, reflecting his strong progression and contribution to the business over the past two and a half years.

Since joining Ashfield Land, Blair has been pivotal in the business’ development and recent successes. Particular highlights include the sale of Glynstell Park Industrial Estate in Cardiff to Clearbell and the acquisition of a 40-acre former quarry site in Leicestershire, where Ashfield Land has since submitted a planning application for a best-in-class logistics development.

Blair is based in Ashfield Land’s London office and works closely with the business’ Managing Director South, Ben Holmes. The team is actively seeking new pre-planning, unconditional development and investment opportunities in 2026, with a particular focus across the Midlands and the South.
