Ashfield Land is pressing ahead with its Sinclair Retail Park development in Evesham this week with construction commencing on site w/c 8th October 2018.

The 41,500 sq ft scheme at Four Pools is 100% pre-let to Aldi, TK Maxx and Home Bargains and will be built by Midlands-based Benniman Construction. It is expected to complete next summer.

Robert Birch, Lead Director of Ashfield Land’s Birmingham office, said: “We look forward to delivering this £14 million investment which brings some big brands to Evesham and will create more than 115 new jobs.”

Alongside the main development, Ashfield Land will be financing and delivering a much needed and long awaited pedestrian crossing on Davies Road.

Former owner/occupier R Sinclair Transport (RST) has moved to a brand new 80,000 sq ft facility (at nearby Vale Park), which has also been built by Benniman, safeguarding approximately 40 existing jobs and providing the opportunity for future expansion of this long-established family-owned business.

Notes on Sinclair Retail Park

Sinclair Retail Park obtained detailed planning permission in July 2017. Ashfield Land purchased the site in February 2018.

Sinclair Retail Park will create approximately 115 new full and part-time job opportunities, in addition to the construction-related jobs.
