Ashfield Land have confirmed they have exchanged contracts with M&P Direct Ltd to open a new unit at Glynstell Estate, Cardiff.

The 15,000 sqft. letting will see the established operator M&P, with existing premises in Swansea, open a state of the art motorcycle facility selling parts, clothing and accessories including a Harley Davidson workshop.

Glynstell Estate located off Hadfield Road, Cardiff has been in the ownership of Ashfield Land for a number of years but is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment, which will see all units on the 58,000 sqft. estate upgraded.

Glynstell Estate sits adjacent to Glynstell Park which was completely refurbished by Ashfield in 2017 and let to building suppliers Selco Warehouse, and trampoline operator, Jump Arena.
