Ashfield Land has appointed Blair Goodfellow as a Development Surveyor to further strengthen its London office.

Blair will support Ashfield Land’s Head of London, Ben Holmes, in pursuing development and investment opportunities with a specific focus on the Midlands and the South. He joins at an important time as the business looks to build for the future with capital to deploy on commercial, residential and strategic land projects.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Blair has four years of real estate experience, and joins following roles at Knight Frank and Colliers.

Blair joins Ashfield Land this month (April 2023) and he is based in Ashfield Land’s Mayfair office at 17 Grosvenor Hill, W1.
