Ashfield Land Limited has secured consent for an exciting mixed-use development on a site to the north of Cheltenham after years of negotiation with the Government Office and the Local Council.

Employment units and 130 homes form the core of the site with a range of community benefits including a zero carbon hall, shop and public transport initiatives.
