Ashfield Land completed the acquisition of Pyramids Business Park in Bathgate, Scotland from Clearbell in January 2016. The 93-acre site currently accommodates 375,000 sq ft of flexible office, distribution warehousing, and production space. In addition, the site has excellent on-site facilities, including a gym, childcare, and catering facilities.
Situated ten miles to the west of Edinburgh Airport, the business park is easily accessible by car or by fast rail links. The M8 motorway runs along the southern border and connects Pyramids Business Park to Edinburgh and Glasgow city regions with the respective city centres 30 and 45 minutes from the Park. Bathgate Rail Station, which links commuters to Edinburgh, is also less than a mile away.
Current occupiers include HMRC, Plexus, Baillie Gifford and Redeem.
