Ashfield Land Limited is pleased to announce the letting of approximately 5,250 sq ft of office space at St Catherine's Court in Clifton.

The space has been let to the leading global insurance broker, Willis Group, which is relocating from nearby Howard House to the Grade 'A' BREEAM Excellent rated space at St Catherine's Court, the only building with this accreditation in Clifton.

Willis has taken a 10 year lease at a rent of £26.50 psf, with the deal being agreed and finalised in only two weeks from start to finish. The Willis Group will be in occupation from the start of August 2010 in what represents a swiftly agreed deal and the start of a successful relationship with Ashfield Land Limited.

The fit-out works are being undertaken by the commercial design and build company, Utopia, who also completed the works to the ground and first floor at St Catherine's Court when international property consultants GVA Grimley took up occupation in June 2009.
